Afreen Freight Lines is not responsible for violations, damages, or penalties resulting from driver or carrier non-compliance.

  1. Dispatch Services

Afreen Freight Lines acts as a dispatch service provider. We:

  • Assist in locating and negotiating freight loads
  • Provide dispatch coordination and documentation support
  • Communicate with brokers and shippers on behalf of drivers/carriers

We do not guarantee load availability, specific rates, or earnings levels, as freight opportunities depend on market conditions and external factors.

  1. Payments & Fees
  • Payment structures, dispatch fees, or service charges will be outlined in separate service agreements.
  • Payment timelines depend on broker or shipper payment terms and factoring arrangements.
  • Afreen Freight Lines is not responsible for delayed payments caused by third-party brokers, shippers, or financial institutions.
  1. Insurance & Liability
  • Drivers and carriers must maintain valid cargo, liability, and vehicle insurance as required by U.S. law.
  • Afreen Freight Lines is not liable for cargo loss, vehicle damage, accidents, delays, or financial losses occurring during transportation operations.
  • Liability for freight and equipment remains the responsibility of the carrier or driver operating under their authority.
